Marieme Mbengue

Administrative Assistant

With nearly 12 years of experience in the field of customer relationship management in a call center named Call Me Senegal, Marieme joined Speak Up Africa in January 2022 as an Office Assistant. She successively held the positions of Sales Advisor, Quality Auditor, Telemarketing Trainer and Quality Coordinator. Her role involved planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all activities related to qualitý on the different campaigns of the site (making and receiving calls, digital processing) and also setting up quality monitoring tools as well as analyzing and propozing action plans.
