Marieme Mbengue

Administrative & Logistics Assistant

With nearly 12 years’ experience in customer relationship management in a call center called Call Me Senegal, Marieme joined Speak Up Africa in January 2022 as Administrative & Logistics Assistant. She successively held the positions of Sales Advisor, Quality Auditor, Telemarketing Trainer and Quality Coordinator. Her role involved planning, organizing, implementing and controlling all quality-related activities on the site’s various campaigns (call origination and reception, digital processing), as well as setting up quality monitoring tools and analyzing and proposing action plans.
