She supports international organizations, public institutions, and community actors in the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that promote gender equality and sustainable development.
As development issues specialist, Seynabou holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, Senegal. She has contributed to strategic initiatives across West Africa, particularly in advancing gender justice, climate justice, and civic engagement. Seynabou is a committed women’s rights and social justice advocate who adopts an intersectional, feminist, and decolonial approach deeply rooted in local realities. Her work helps shape public policies and organizational practices to build a more equitable, resilient, and community-driven Africa.
