Alexandra Assamoi is a communications professional driven by a strong commitment to social development and the empowerment of women. With over six years of experience in digital and strategic communications, she has designed and led impactful campaigns across various sectors in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal.

Currently, she brings her expertise to the Voix EssentiELLES project, where she develops and implements communication strategies to elevate the voices of women and girls in health-related decision-making processes. Known for her creative mindset and strategic thinking, Alexandra thrives in transforming ideas into structured, engaging initiatives.

As the founder of the AWEWE and Let’s Fight Together initiatives—both focused on combating gender-based violence and promoting the well-being of girls and women in Côte d’Ivoire—she has led powerful awareness campaigns through digital mobilization and the organization of creative social events.

Alexandra strongly believes in the power of communication to drive community engagement and shift mindsets. She brings this conviction to her work at Speak Up Africa, where she remains deeply committed to advancing gender equality and social impact.
