Dr. Benjamin Sabue Ilunga

Project Coordinator in DRC

Dr. Benjamin Sabue Ilunga is a medical doctor with four years of experience in managing public health projects. He is also certified in project management from Arizona State University and in civic leadership through the Mandela Washington Fellowship at Louisiana State University and in adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health from the WHO African region.

He has held significant roles, including Program Manager for Youth Sprint, a network of 100 youth-led community-based organizations, he spearheaded program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, and fostered partnerships with donors and stakeholders. He is passionate about improving the health and well-being of communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, possessing a deep understanding of the country’s health and social context.

He has also collaborated with various NGOs, offering consultancy services to support community-based projects. His exceptional expertise in addressing health systems challenges and advancing public health initiatives has contributed to impactful projects focused on improving community health outcomes.
