Strategic Communications Officer
Meganne has joined Speak Up Africa in October 2022 as Strategic Communications Officer. Meganne is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the external and internal communications strategies of Speak Up Africa.
Meganne Lorraine Ceday Boho has over 10 years of experience in civic engagement and 7 years in Communications. She is a Mandela Washington Scholar 2022 from Indiana University and hold a bachelor degree in applied linguistics in English studies.
Meganne is also The President and a Founding Member of The Ivorian League for Women’s Rights. She has been working for almost 5 years as Media and Client Relations Manager at African Media Agency, a pan African integrated communications agency that unifies PR, Creative, and Digital Marketing. Meganne has worked for 2 United Nations Agencies, UNFPA where she held the position of Junior Digital Strategist and UN Women West Africa, where she
worked as national consultant.
For her engagement for women’s rights, she has won the Diana Award in 2019. She is also a winner of the Women Deliver 2020 and the Women In Africa-
Young Leaders Program 2021.
